This policy applies to Business Bear Consulting LLC, with registered office at IFZA Properties, DSO-IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE. We are the data controller for personal data you share with us via this site, WhatsApp, email or in person.

We share strictly minimum necessary data with:

5. How long we keep it
UAE Anti-Money Laundering law requires us to keep KYC records for 5 years after the end of the relationship. Other data is kept only as long as we have a legitimate business reason.

8. Security
We use encrypted storage, two-factor authentication for staff accounts, and access controls so only the team member assigned to your case can read your file. We have not suffered a known data breach.
