FAQ
Do I need a local sponsor? +
No — since 2021 the Commercial Companies Law allows 100% foreign ownership for over 2,000 activities. We confirm eligibility before starting.
Can I rent a real office or is virtual enough? +
A physical address is mandatory. We work with flexi-desks for the first year (included) and help upgrade to a private office as you grow.
How many visas can I get? +
Visa quota depends on the office size. A flexi-desk gives 1–3 visas. Renting a full office unlocks more.
Is the license renewable yearly? +
Yes. Renewal is straightforward — we send a reminder 60 days before expiry and handle the whole process for AED 1,500.
